Sofia Rei, a renowned Argentine vocalist and songwriter, recently delivered a captivating performance as part of Tiny Desk Meets globalFEST 2021. This virtual edition of the festival, hosted by Angélique Kidjo, showcased 16 artists in intimate settings, offering a unique musical experience despite the challenges of the pandemic.

Rei's concert, recorded from her Brooklyn apartment, beautifully blended South American folk traditions with experimental pop and electronic music.
