Moonchild, an American alternative R&B band hailing from Los Angeles, delivered an effervescent and seamless performance during their NPR Tiny Desk concert in December 2019. The trio, composed of Amber Navran, Max Bryk, and Andris Mattson, along with three background singers and a drummer, showcased their fusion of jazz, R&B, and hip-hop sounds from their fourth album, "Little Ghost."

Formed in 2012 at the University of Southern California, Moonchild's musical journey began with their debut album, "Be Free," which received acclaim from renowned artists like Jill Scott and Stevie Wonder, leading to an invitation to open for Wonder at his annual benefit concert.
